SHIPPING & TRACKING NUMBER
Shipping to France can take few days, while shipping to Europe can take up to 3 weeks. Shipping outside of Europe can take up to 5 weeks.
All orders are sent with a tracking number, to guarantee your shipping has been processed. I send you the tracking number once the order has been deposited at the post office.
PAYMENT
All prices are in Euro. You can choose to pay with Visa, MasterCard or Paypal.
Please note that you are responsible for any local VAT tax or other applicable importation costs that your country may charge you, as well as for delays caused by customs taxes.

I'm not responsible for losses or delays incurred by the shipping service. If you give an incomplete or wrong address I'll not refund you the shipping cost.
If your shipment arrives clearly damaged please take photos of the parcel and its contents, and contact me as soon as you have received it, at [email protected]
RETURN POLICY & REFUND
All purchases are final.

If I made a mistake (wrong item or wrong quantity) of course I will cover the additional costs.
In cases of return, it is the customer's responsibility to pay the shipping freight and provide the return labels.
